What is a dancer?

Dancers are the most important part of our organization, and without them DM would not exist. Dancers register on a team and commit to raising a minimum of $250 during the year for Our Lady of the Lake Children’s Hospital. Dancers also commit to standing and dancing for 20 hours at our Big Event. Here, they will meet numerous Miracle Families and patients whom have been treated at the hospital and first hand see the impact they are making on the community. Our dancers are the ones who keep the energy going during our event and we are so appreciative of their passion and support for this organization!

HOW TO REGISTER

WANT TO BE A PART OF DANCE MARATHON AT LSU? REGISTER TODAY!

Our organization doesn’t have members – we have dancers! Dancers can register individually, or as part of teams (e.g., fraternities, sororities, residence halls, student organizations, or just a team of friends). If you cannot find a team to join, start your own! After registering, you will have a personalized fundraising page where friends and family can donate to your fundraising total.
